Arian Talwerdi

Registered Clinical Counsellor
Arian is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, has her Masters of Arts in Psychology from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles, California, and a decade of work experience in corporate marketing. She works in academia having taught graduate-level psychology as well as curriculum development for students in highschool, and working as a school counsellor. She specializes in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals. She believes in a holistic and evidence based approach. Together you will identify underlying patterns or beliefs that are holding you back and causing distress and anxiety and you will develop your own
personalized toolbox for treatment.
Arian has done extensive research on mindfulness meditation as an intervention and its positive effects on the biology of the brain. She is continually advancing her knowledge and education in the field of psychology and neuroscience. She takes great pride in the progress and success of her clients and students.
